For reservations with flexible cancellation policies with stays between January 5th to December 23rd a One night plus taxes will be charged any time after booking stage.
For reservations with flexible cancellation policies with stays between December 24th to January 4th 100% of the stay with taxes will be charged any time after booking stage.

For non-refundable promotions all cancellations will incur a 100% stay value penalty including taxes, regardless of the date in which the cancellation is requested.
Reservations with flexible cancellation policies with stays between January 5th to December 23rd must be cancelled at least 6 days prior arrival date in order for the deposit to be refunded.
If Cancellation occurs within 5 days prior to your arrival date it will incur in a 100% stay value penalty including taxes.
Reservations with flexible cancellation policies with stays between December 24th to January 4th must be cancelled at least 61 days prior arrival date in order for the deposit to be refunded.
If Cancellation occurs within 60 days prior to your arrival date it will incur in a 100% stay value penalty including taxes
No Shows & Early Departures will be charged 100% stay value penalty including taxes.

Village Rules:Upon check-in, a guarantee deposit will berequested for damages and/or consumption of 50USD per room per night of stay,otherwise the hotel will reserve the right of admission to the facilities.Parties and / or events only with priornotification and authorization from the Management, a Guarantee Deposit of 500USD per event is required and external people will NOT be admitted, onlyregistered guests.As we are inside an exclusive and privateresidential community, music and noise at excessive volume are not allowedafter 11:00 p.m., in case of exceeding the schedule, a fine will be chargedaccording to the regulations of the Tulum Country Club of 50 USD up to 500 USDdepending on the severity of the incident.The use of illegal substances is not allowed,in case of being surprised it will be channeled with the pertinent authorities.Pets acceptedand subject to availability (extra charge-15 USD + tax each, maximum 2 pervilla, only dogs under 10kg, only non-aggressive breeds, guarantee deposit 100USD for damages required)Chef service available the price variesaccording to the menu. Subject to availability of the villas. NRDA. Promotions do not apply with other promotions. Reservations are guaranteed with the payment of 50% at the time of booking and receiving a confirmation number. Until the deposit is confirmed and the MLVC reservation acceptance guarantee is issued, it is not obliged to make any block that prevents other travelers from making a reservation. The reservation must be settled 20 days before arrival, otherwise it will be canceled in the case of direct reservations. The reservation must be paid in the case of the online travel agencies in accordance with the rate plan that the reservation shows. In case of cancellation the deposit is non-refundable. The quotes are valid for 24 hours and are supported by email from the official MLVC accounts All reservations require a signed registration form at check-in.
HURRICANE SEASON: In the event of any natural disaster that affects the structure or facilities before the reserved date, the Hotel may cancel the reservation and notify the guest immediately of the closing of the facilities, in this case the deposit will be fully refunded. In the event that the phenomenon occurs during the stay, it will be the decision and responsibility of the guest to stay at the hotel or make an early departure, for which in no case will there be a refund for the unused nights and in case of requiring an extension, a special rate will be applied. .
